Fixing methods of plastic mold parts and applicable mold types

1. Fastener method is the most commonly used fixing method, but it is not suitable for die parts with small size.

2. The inclined block fixing method is suitable for occasions where it is not convenient to process screw holes on male and female dies.

3. The steel wire fixing method is applicable to the occasion of installing multiple punch on the same fixing plate.

4. The press in method is applicable to blanking punch and various die parts with blanking plate thickness t ≤ 6mm.

5. Riveting method is applicable to blanking punch with blanking plate thickness t ≤ 2mm and other parts with small axial pulling force.

6。 The welding method is suitable for cemented carbide dies.

7. The hot sleeve method is applicable to the fixation of inlaid male and female dies and the reinforcement of cemented carbide dies.

8. The low melting point alloy fixing method is applicable to fixing punch, die, guide post and guide sleeve, as well as pouring forming discharge plate in die assembly.

9. It is suitable for unloading and fixing of epoxy resin guide sleeve.
