On April 10, the 31st annual meeting of ISO tc29 SC8, an international event on mold standardization organized by China mold technical standards technical committee, was grandly held in Guilin Guihu hotel. Wan Xiaoyu, chairman of China mold network and President of Yueqing Mold Industry Association, attended the meeting as a member of the expert group.
The meeting was presided over by Wang Chong, Secretary General of China mould technical standards technical committee. More than 80 people, including Wu BINGSHU, President of China mould association, Qin Ke, secretary general, Huazhong University of science and Technology (State Key Laboratory of Mould Technology), Beijing Electromechanical Research Institute and industry experts, attended the meeting.
According to the mold industry magazine, the number of mold standards formulated in China has far exceeded that of other mold manufacturing countries in the world. Specifically, we will focus on the following aspects:
1、 In response to the national international standardization strategy, it has actively participated in and organized the formulation of international standards. At present, it has organized enterprises to participate in two international standard projects proposed by Germany, "heel guide plate for large stamping die and forming die" and "elastic plunger of spiral compression steel spring or nitrogen spring"; On behalf of China, he applied for the formulation of an international standard for "die terminology". In the next step, we will widely solicit the needs of domestic enterprises and institutions, actively apply to ISO for the formulation of new international standard projects for molds, promote China's molds and related enterprises to go global, participate in international competition at a higher level and have a voice.
Two, with the development of mobile Internet plus, big data, cloud computing and intelligent manufacturing, the speed of transformation and upgrading of mould enterprises is accelerating. Mold technology is also developing towards digitalization, information, automation, intelligence and green manufacturing. Accelerating the advanced technology of mold is a standardized work in some key technical fields, making the mould standard advanced, and promoting the industrialization of advanced technology achievements. Market oriented and large-scale development. At present, the development plan of mold intelligent manufacturing standard system under research by mold standardization committee mainly includes: ① general technical conditions of mold digital chemical plant (workshop); ② Reference model and key terms of mold intelligent manufacturing; ③ General technical conditions of on-line (on-line) inspection system for mold parts (molds); ④ On line (on-line) inspection rules and methods of mold parts (molds); ⑤ General technical conditions for automatic production line of mould parts; ⑥ Layout rules and intelligent control methods of automatic production line for mold parts.
3、 Improve the applicability of mold standards. The applicability of the standard is mainly reflected in the willingness of mold standard users and standard parts manufacturers to actively adopt the standard and apply the mold standard to production practice. Therefore, in the next step of mold standardization, we should deeply investigate the actual needs of enterprises and formulate the standards urgently needed to be supplemented, modified and matched by the industry, so that standard users can have standards to follow and norms to follow in all links of mold production, so as to improve the rationality and applicability of the standards.
