1. The length and width of the mold should be less than the distance between the coring columns to ensure that the mold can be put into the injection molding machine for production;
2. The thickness of the mold should be within the range of the minimum mold holding thickness and the maximum mold holding thickness of the injection molding machine;
3. Check the mold opening stroke of the injection molding machine to ensure that there is enough space to take out the products smoothly under the maximum mold opening stroke;
4. Check that the injection weight of the injection molding machine is more than 2 times the weight of the molded product (including the runner);
The ball diameter of the gate sleeve and the hole diameter of the rubber inlet selected on the mold are larger than the nozzle ball diameter and hole diameter of the selected injection molding machine, so as to ensure that the molten plastic can enter the mold cavity smoothly without leakage;
6. According to the diameter of the locating ring hole on the selected injection molding machine, the locating ring diameter of the mold is selected to ensure the matching of the two;
7. Ensure that the ejection stroke of the injection molding machine is greater than the stroke required for the actual ejection of the product;
8. The hiding depth of the locating ring nozzle on the mold shall be less than the maximum extension of the nozzle of the injection molding machine;
9. Molds designed to be produced on injection molding machines larger than 500 tons (including 500 tons) must have moving mold positioning rings.
10. In order to reduce the difficulty and accuracy requirements of mold hoisting, the diameter of the ejector rod through hole of the moving mold bottom plate on the mold is larger than that of the ejector rod hole on the injection molding machine.
